RETURNS INFO
DO YOU OFFER FREE EXCHANGES?
We are more than happy to exchange an item for you however it is the customers responsibility to return the item to us in original condition. The item must be unworn & unwashed for an exchange. We recommend using a tracked service to insure your item is received safely. If the item is returned visibly worn, we can smell perfume, wash products etc on the item, the return will be refused and returned back.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes no problem! If you contact us within 14 days of delivery, just drop us an email at
info@midnightmerchclub.com and we can get the returns information over to you.
Can i get a refund?
As every item is custom made, all refunds will be for credit note. If you would like to arrange this then please email info@midnightsmerchclub.com

how fast is shipping?
we aim to print and dispatch within 3-5 working days. everything is placed on an evri or royal mail 3 day delivery.
can i expedite shipping?
we will always try an accommodate if faster shipping is required. However we are a small business and every order is handmade so please bare this in mind before ordering. If you have any questions please contact info@midnightmerchclub.com
do i have to pay customs fees?
Customs charges depend on your country and are not included in your order or shipping cost. If an item is returned to us due to customs charges not being paid or the items are unclaimed, your item will be fully refunded but the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please ensure you check importing taxes and fees for your country before ordering.
where can i find my tracking?
If you open your order page through your confirmation email / text, your tracking details will be displayed there once dispatched. You will also receive an email with these details.
